Today, we all have trained like usually in our classes, but I think we are starting to get the idea that we are leaving soon; it’s been a whole month and many things we’ve lived, and it’s a pity it is ending. We the spanish people are leaving on saturday, so we would like to enjoy the rest of the time we have: for instance, tomorrow, we are going to visit a “Harley-Davidson” motorcycles Museum in Milwakee, Wisconsin, which I’m sure that will be a lot of fun.
This evening, Toyoda Sensei has given a class about munetski kaitenage and lots of its variations, another one about bokken, and Genea has had her second kyu test.

Yesterday, we had a class in the afternoon with Maite Sensei in which we did various exercises of falling to improve our yoko ukemi and breakfall, and in the evening, Toyoda Sensei taught a class about jo nage, like Spies Sensei last tuesday, and another one in which we saw techniques starting from the crossed hands taisabake, such as iriminage, sokumen and shihonage. Maite Sensei taught the last class, in which we saw several different techniques, such as katatori gamenuchi and sudori.

Yesterday, Spies Sensei came to Tenshinkan dojo to teach in the first two classes in the morning; it was a very good time of training and fun: we saw empty hand techniques, such as ushirotekubitori kokyunage and ikkyonage, and, in the second class, we practiced jo nage, which was really funny: Sensei made us do an exercise in which we had to walk in line doing the movement we do to throw with the jo, and, with the music from the capoeira guys upstairs, it loooked like we were dancing.
