Count 1: raise bokken to jodan, cut, return to chudan

Count 1: slide forward, raise bokken to jodan, cut, slide back and return to chudan

Yoi: step back to hidari hanmi, jodan no kamae
Count 1: step forward and cut, return to chudan, step back to jodan

Count 2: raise bokken to jodan as you pivot 180 degrees to the left, and cut

lower to chudan, then step back to original position

Gyaku Yokomenuchi

Count 1: step forward left foot, tip of bokken going to right side and up to jodan, and cut,
step back to original position
